Hotel Intersur Recoleta - Buenos Aires

The room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, keeping my mornings exciting and fulfilling. The hotel's location was just perfect, only minutes on foot from nearby attractions.

Bathrooms felt outdated.

All the services were nice. The queen suite was atmospheric and impressive on upper floors. The staff were courteous in the entire hotel.

Seriously outdated bathrooms with deteriorating door frames!!! Very limited English TV channels!!! Jacuzzi out of service for over six months with no alternative service offered!!!

Really nice overall experience. Excellent value, wonderful hotel with good service. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room, ideal and incredibly comfortable location. Location right by the cemetery where Eva Peron is buried and other notable Argentinians, like Presidents, and Intersur Recoleta...

The staff were very helpful, rooms were new and comfortable. Great location.

Booked a room with a view and did not get one, they said they had none left so they upgraded me to a junior suite, which was ok except it was facing another building... The internet facilities were not working though the manager let me use his computer in his office for as long as i needed. Had breakfast around 10, there was no eggs and bacon left and not much of anything left really, but nothing got replenished....

Excellent hotel overall. Even the basic rooms were very luxurious. Great facilities. Located right in the heart of Buenos Aires. Capable and very helpful staff.

Breakfast was terrible. Waitresses at breakfast were sultry and moody. No cooked food. Most of the breakfast consisted of cakes and sweet pastries.

The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Recoleta Cemetery. The bathroom felt a bit cramped .

Hotel staff is just great, hotel is brand new and classic, very well located one and half block from famous Alvear Avenue and five block from famous Patio Bullrich shopping mall. Very safe area, can walk at night with almost no problem. Of course, keep your eyes open, don't carry your passport or fancy watches as in any cosmopolitan city of the world. Taxis are pretty cheap and safe.

The hotel is ideally located in the upscale Recoleta district, making it easy to explore local shops and attractions.

Electric connections were somewhat complicated due to flat chargers required for my devices, which led to some frustration with adaptors that didn't work well.

The service of the hotel is excellent. They help in case of reservations and any other issues. Really good breakfast buffet. Very considerate staff.

The breakfast could be longer available E.G. until 11:30am instead of 10:30am.

Central location. Clean. New. Very friendly staff providing excellent service.
